- If I subscribe to GlamBox, What will I receive?
You will receive a beautifully packaged GlamBox each month, filled with a selection of samples from well known and up-and-coming beauty brands. Each GlamBox will be a different mix of beauty product types, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, body and hair products. All samples are generously sized, with sufficient quantity to allow you to figure out what works best for you.
You’ll also want to take advantage of our GlamBlog and our YouTube, Facebook, Twitter,and Instagram pages, which are packed with all the beauty information and tips you need: expert interviews, helpful tutorials, and fun videos to ensure you get the most out of your monthly products.
- How Do I subscribe to GlamBox?
Just follow these simple steps:
- Click here, select your preferred subscription package, then click “SUBSCRIBE”
- Register or Log in, select your payment method and click “CHECK OUT”
- Complete your payment and you will be routed to a confirmation page!
- You will receive your first GlamBox by the end of the month you have signed up for.
- How much does the membership cost?
Subscriptions start at 70AED per month, depending on the package you have subscribed to:
3-month Subscription: You pay 239AED, which is around 79AED per month
6-month Subscription: You pay 449AED, which is around 75AED per month
12-month Subscription: You pay 849AED, which works out to just 70AED per month! That's the same cost as having one skinny cappuccino a week at your favourite coffee shop :) And courier shipping to your home or office address is included!
- Do I have to order my GlamBox every month?
No, you will receive a GlamBox every month for the duration of the subscription you purchased. Once your subscription has ended, you will need to purchase a new subscription to continue to receive your GlamBox.
3-month subscription: Once you have purchased this subscription, you do not need to do anything until after you have received your 3rd GlamBox; you will only need to resubscribe once it expires after 3 months
6-month subscription: Once you have purchased this subscription, you do not need to do anything until after you have received your 6th GlamBox; you will only need to resubscribe once it expires after 6 months
12-month subscription: Once you have purchased this subscription, you do not need to do anything until after you have received your 12th GlamBox; you will only need to resubscribe once it expires after 12 months
- Will you tell me what is coming in my box ahead of time? Am I able to choose?

- What if I don’t know what to do with my samples?
We won’t leave you hanging - we promise! GlamBox has all the detailed information on how to get the most out of your samples.

- What if I receive a broken or missing sample?
We work to ensure that none of the samples are broken or missing since they are packed with care, but if this occurs you can write to us at email@example.com or call us at +971 (0)4 455 8699 and we will arrange for a replacement.
- If I am already a subscriber, can I extend my subscription before it has expired?
Yes you can. If you decide to buy another subscription before your current one expires, you will have one of two options at check out: Extend My Subscription – if you select this option you can pick which active subscription you would like to extend. Parallel Subscription – if you select this option, you will receive two boxes (or more, depending on how many subscriptions you have) each month.
- Are there any hidden fees?
Nope – all you pay is your subscription. Your subscription covers all shipping and handling fees associated with getting your monthly GlamBox couriered to you, as well as access to all of the wonderful content from our beauty editors and eligibility to participate in all our competitions. Lucky you!
- When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as you subscribe, payment for the full amount will be charged for your chosen monthly subscription/ gift subscriptions.
