- How do I cancel my subscription?
As soon as the subscription has started, our 3-, 6- or 12-month fixed-term For Her subscriptions as well as our 1-, 2-, or 4-box For Him subscriptions cannot be canceled while the term is still in progress.
However, you can opt out of the upcoming renewal before the 1st of the expiring month (e.g. to opt out of renewing your 6-month subscription, which starts in February and ends with the July box, you must cancel before the first of August).
Kindly note that a cancellation before expiration will not cancel or refund the remaining delivery orders, as it only stops the renewal at expiration.
- How do I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription?
To cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time, you must email us at email@example.com and we will do it for you. You must notify us before the auto-renewal due date or before the first of the expiring month (e.g. to opt out of your 6-month subscription, which starts in February and ends with the July box, you must cancel before the first of August).
- What is your returns policy?
Glamboxes are strictly non-refundable and are ineligible for returns.
If you receive a Glambox containing products that are damaged, please contact our customer service department. We will do our best to send you a replacement of this product with your next box.
